CREDIT APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS (for Windows 95-98SE)

1. Click on hyperlink below, and OPEN file.

2. Once file is open, select the Text annotation tool (at bottom) with right mouse key select properties and set font on Times New Roman at 12 cpi.

3. Place cursor in text field to fill out.

4. Once you have filled out a text field you can select the arrow cursor (at top) and move your text to position it correctly.

5. Once the application is completed, save file to local disk (C:(drive) or A:(drive)).
