All-Hazards Emergency Operations Plan
This plan is developed and maintained by the Eddy County Office of Emergency
Management. The Eddy County Emergency Operations Plan is the basis
for local response to a large scale emergency or disaster, and was developed
from an all-hazards perspective. The following annexes are arranged
according to functional responsibilities. Choose an annex from the
following list for details of the plan.
